Considerations when buying your hardwood flooring:
Your Layout:
Stewartfloors Brazilian Hardwood Flooring is not suitable for basements due to moisture and other issues that can damage the flooring. Besides, floors that are this beautiful should never be kept under-ground.
The Wood Grain:
Wood is a natural material, and the same species can vary based on the geographical area from which it was harvested. Stewartfloor® will not be responsible for claims arising from flooring that exhibits a greater range of grain or color variation than found in wood samples or brochures supplied by dealers or retailers.
Photo Sensitivity:
Wood is a photosensitive product of nature. Over time, depending on the species, the color may change by either darkening or lightening. This is a completely natural occurrence and is not grounds for a product claim.
