Stewartfloor® is committed to our customers’ complete satisfaction!

Price Guarantee: Stewartfloor® is the direct importer of all flooring sold by stewartfloor®; there are no middlemen. Stewartfloor® is committed to offering great low prices everyday and we guarantee it. If a competitor is selling flooring of the same grade, thickness and width with the same warranty at a lower price (including shipping costs and delivery charges), we will, upon written verification, meet that price. This price guarantee applies to within 7 days of purchasing from stewartfloor®.

Measurement and Quantity: Purchaser/installer is responsible for accuracy of all measurement quantities. Purchaser will be charged for the actual footage shipped. We accept no responsibility or liability for inaccurate measurement quantities.

Delivery and Lead Times: All delivery dates are estimates. Stewartfloor® cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. Stewartfloor® is proud to offer several delivery options for our customers. Stewartfloor® recommends scheduling installation after receipt of the product.

Inspection: Claims for shortages or damages must be made upon receipt of the product and noted on the trucking Bill of Lading. Pictures must also be provided to stewartfloor® of claimed shortages or damage. Purchaser/installer is responsible for final inspection of stewartfloor® product. Do not install defective product. Installation constitutes acceptance.

Installation: Allow flooring to acclimate in installation area for 3-7 days. Prior to installation, purchaser/installer is solely responsible for determining the acceptability of moisture levels in both the product and the subfloor.

Returns/Exchanges: Returns or exchanges are not permitted on opened boxes, final sales or special orders. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition and have been properly stored. Installed product is considered accepted by purchaser and may not be exchanged or returned for any reason, no exceptions. Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable. Any additional shipping costs relating to a return or exchange are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Any materials damaged in return shipment will be deducted from the pending credit/refund.

Exchanges are permitted within 30 days of receipt of the product. Defective product may be exchanged, prior to installation within 30 days of receipt.  Exchanges of product which is not defective will incur a 20% restocking fee plus the freight expense.

Requests for returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product. Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee with the exception of moldings and trim. Moldings and trim accessory orders are not returnable unless the product is defective, no exceptions.

Payment and Refunds: We accept checks, debit cards and Visa or MasterCard. All checks must clear prior to shipment of materials. A $30 fee may be assessed for returned checks. For returns, purchases made by check will be refunded by check within 3-5 weeks; and purchases by credit or debit card will be credited back to the credit or debit card used for the purchase.
